Shipping
Free shipping on orders over A$80, otherwise a flat A$9.95. Delivered Australia-wide, typically 2–7 business days.
Change-of-mind returns
Regular items can be returned within 30 days, unworn with tags attached. Lucky Boxes are final sale for change-of-mind.
Final sale has a hard limit
“Final sale” only blocks change-of-mind returns. It does not remove the consumer guarantees you have by law.
Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees
If something is faulty, unsafe, or not as described — even inside a final-sale Lucky Box — you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll sort it.
