Lucky Box value
“Guaranteed value” is the sum of the items’ current in-store retail prices at the time your box is allocated. We record that retail price for every item placed in a box. We never use inflated tag prices.
Final sale
Lucky Boxes are final sale for change-of-mind. Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — see Shipping & returns.
A surprise, not a game of chance
Every box contains equal-value clothing chosen to fit your preferences. There are no rare drops, hidden prizes, jackpots, or re-rolls, and we do not market boxes to minors.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in AUD and include GST. If a box genuinely can’t meet its guaranteed value, we’ll tell you and offer a tier swap, partial refund, or full refund — never a silent downgrade.
